Brenna Johnson
Senior Product Manager, EZLynx
A driving force behind several of EZLynx’s newest products, Brenna Johnson is passionate about leveraging technology to solve business problems for independent insurance agents. She created EZLynx Retention Center, the patented product that aids agents in managing the renewal process. In 2015, ACORD invited Brenna to present the software at their yearly conference for the Innovation Challenge. She followed that success with the introduction EZLynx Sales Center, a pipeline management that also intelligently predicts sales opportunities from within an agency’s data.
In addition to those products, she is one of two Product Managers responsible for the EZLynx management System, which Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America named as the fastest growing management system in the industry for several consecutive years. As a Sr. Product Manager, she is actively involved in all phases of the product life-cycle and leads the core Product Management team. She leverages her M.B.A. in Strategic Management and a B.A. in Communication and Marketing to bridge the gap between insurance and technology to drive innovation for her customers. Brenna’s favorite part of her job is hearing that her products help agencies become more efficient and effective.
