John Willemsen is Managing Director-Head of Insurance Programs at Arch Re/Watford Insurance. John is an established and recognized leader in Insurance Program business. He creates highly qualified teams to produce sustainable and profitable insurance programs that provide Program Administrators and MGA’s a solid foundation to grow and prosper. He has an in-depth knowledge of distribution channels, regulatory and compliance issues facing carriers and agents, and has the technical expertise to develop profitable and durable client relationships. John was recently instrumental in the successful launching of two insurance carriers designed specifically to cater to the needs of insurance program business. John currently serves on the Carrier Committee for Target Markets Program Administrator Association and was also on the Board of Directors for the same organization.
