Sabrina Hart is the Central Zone Executive for Zurich North America. In this role, she is responsible for all market execution and business operations in the Central U.S. In addition to leading the Central Regional Leadership Team, she oversees the local Marketing, Distribution & Regional Management staff in achieving profitability and growth targets through customer and distribution strategies. She has been with Zurich since 1997.
Prior to her current role, Hart was the Chief Underwriting Officer for Zurich Global Corporate in North America (GCiNA), where she oversaw the underwriting of all corporate lines of business and was responsible for the management of all market-facing underwriting business functions. She has also held roles as GCiNA Chief Operating Officer and the Head of Risk Operations within the Group Risk Management at Zurich Financial Services in Switzerland, and Chief Underwriting Officer for Specialty Products. Before joining Zurich, she worked at Marsh USA in Atlanta, Georgia, where she served as Vice President and Southeast Healthcare Practice Leader.

Hart currently serves on the Board of Governors at The Maguire Academy of Insurance and Risk Management at St. Joseph’s University, the Board of Visitors at the University of North Carolina, and the Advisory Board of the Katie School of Insurance at Illinois State.
University. She also serves on the board of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and chairs the board at the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) Midwest..
Educational background
Hart earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She also has a certificate in strategic management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
