Nina Boone is Co-Sales Leader, US, Mergers & Acquisitions, Transaction Solutions Group at Aon. Nina is responsible for implementing client coverage strategy and driving AMATS revenue growth through the development and management of client relationships with financial sponsors and alternative asset managers. Nina has over three decades of experience leading new and expansion revenue generation strategies. Nina is recognized for her expertise in sales process and discipline that has consistently driven year over year record revenue generation, her collaborative approach to team selling and her commitment to bringing the next generation of producers up through the organization.
Nina was also named US Board Chair for Aon’s Diversity and Inclusion efforts in early 2017. Nina is passionate about women’s leadership and the positive effects great women leaders can have on revenues and engagement, both externally and internally at Aon. Nina believes in a direct correlation between diversity and revenue generation. Nina’s enthusiasm for empowering women at Aon led her to establish the “Engaging Men to Empower Women” mentoring program in August 2015, focusing on business acumen and career progress through cross-level business expertise, and highlights the value of gender diversity in the workplace.
In her free time, Nina is a coach and mentor for women entrepreneurs and young women future leaders in several countries. She is also a VIP member of Women in the Boardroom, an organization that prepares women to serve on corporate boards. Nina holds an Executive board position with Savvy Ladies, a non-profit organization providing financial education and resources for women to inspire them to plan for the future. She completed the Class of 2016-2017 International Women’s Forum Fellowship, the leading women’s executive development program in the world. Nina participated in the both the Harvard Women’s Executive Leadership program and the INSEAD Women in International Business program.
Personally, Nina is an entrepreneur herself, currently involved in the patent process for a new idea for an everyday utility. She is an avid traveler and lover of New York City.
