David is admitted to practice law in the courts of England and Wales and in the State of Illinois. He received his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his LL.B. from University College of London, with honors, and attended Lancaster Gate School of Law, with honors. He received his Associates in Reinsurance Designation as well as a Certificate of Completion in Insurance Regulation from the Insurance Institute of America.
