Debbie Weiser

Debbie is a results oriented leader with a strong track record of performance in high speed organizations. She started her career at Chubb Insurance where she held a number of positions in Claim as she came up through the organization. Known for building new and creative roles, Debbie spearheaded the development of the Claim Business Consultant, the liaison between underwriting and claim, who lead service for large accounts. In 2001 Debbie joined St Paul Specialty which eventually became Travelers. She was part of the team that started up their Umbrella operation and rose to lead the team from 2011 through 2016. Now Debbie Heads up Excess Casualty at Everest Insurance. Everest is in their 3rd year of underwriting umbrella and excess insurance. The environment is entrepreneurial with a small team of underwriters across the country that enjoys strong reputations in the market.
When not working, Debbie is committed to mentoring your women through WOMEN In America where she has served as a Mentor since 2012. She serves on the board of Virtual Enterprises International, an organization that transforms students into business professionals by bringing the workplace into the classroom.
