Sharone Menczel is Senior Vice President of Ironshore’s Special Risk unit. She is responsible for sourcing and underwriting innovative insurance solutions for complex risks. Before joining the insurance industry, Ms. Menczel was a tax attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Ms. Menczel holds a B.A. and J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
