Strategic Insurance Executive,
Ania is an accomplished strategic growth focused insurance executive specializing in helping organizations achieve strong financial results, expand client base and customer engagement. She has spent her career focusing on management, development and strategic growth of clients and prospects for the companies she has represented with technical focus on Primary and Excess Casualty. With diverse experience on both the brokerage and carrier side of the industry, domestically and globally, working with cross-functional and cross-generational team, Ania is passionate about providing white-glove service to her internal and external stakeholders in order to execute swiftly and successfully on all business strategies. Ania started her career at Marsh where she held a variety of client facing roles and where she developed a strong foundation in the risk managements and brokering field with a focus on marketing strategy, negotiation, business development and financial analysis to Fortune 500 clients in the Global Risk Management space. After her 10 years at Marsh, she joined Willis to establish the regional Casualty team and develop best practices for Complex Casualty clients, work on new and expanded opportunities and design analytical capabilities. Her latest engagement was with CNA where she served as the Umbrella & Excess Regional Executive for the Eastern part of the US with responsibilities including leading teams, managing broker relations, proactive portfolio and P&L management of the umbrella & excess book.
Ania is very passionate about inclusive leadership and the overall impact on team engagement, motivation to win, and drive towards common goals. She is an agile-learner and always seeks opportunities to help her teams, peers and communities around her.
Ania serves as a Board of Directors member for the JDRF Atlanta Chapter; she volunteers her time as a mentor for the women leadership program – Percepta at Pathbuilders as well as Atlanta RIMS Mentorship Program. Ania also served as Chair for the DiveIn Festival in Atlanta and is a founding member of the Women ERG in the Southeast at CNA.
Ania is a graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations, and minor in German. She is a native of Poland, wife and mother of two and is currently based in Atlanta, GA
