Rebekah Ratliff is a credentialed insurance expert with over 25 years of experience as a claims professional, responsible for evaluating, negotiating and settling complex casualty claims loss matters, both nationwide and internationally. During her career, Rebekah managed and held the authority to negotiate and resolve cases for major commercial carriers, with settlements totaling in the millions. In 2016, Rebekah left her claims career and founded Capital City Mediations, LLC. Registered with the State of Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution as a civil and domestic Mediator and Arbitrator, Rebekah is masterful in navigating the negotiation process and remains committed to Mediation as a first choice in dispute resolution. Equipped with her mediation skills and unique subject matter expertise, Rebekah has become a resource Consultant for countless law firms interested in learning the value of their cases to determine the appropriate course of action regarding trial, or the pursuit of dialogue geared towards settlement. Rebekah is a recipient of various prestigious awards to include, the 2016 President’s Volunteer Service Award, the 2017 Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce Pinnacle Award, and National Bar Association Outstanding Service Award. Rebekah was awarded the 2018 Light of Life 7th US District Congressional Award for her work in alternative dispute resolution. She is a native of Chicago, IL, and graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana, holding a B.A. degree in the discipline of Psychology. Rebekah is based in Atlanta, GA and operates internationally.
