Terry-Dawn Thomas is the Head of Claims University at Zurich North America (ZNA).  Terry-Dawn leads a learning organization that develops consistent learning experiences and career development paths for ZNA’s Claims employees. Terry-Dawn has been an attorney for 25 years and previously served as the Managing Attorney for Zurich’s staff legal offices in Georgia and Tennessee.  In 2020, Terry-Dawn was selected as honoree of Zurich’s KAMP Leadership Award, named in honor of Zurich employees who lost their lives on September 11th.  Terry-Dawn was named one of IBA’s Elite Women in Insurance in 2021.  Terry-Dawn is active in her community and works closely with Make-A-Wish Georgia.
