Tracy Wade is a Senior Marketing and Distribution Executive with substantial experience in the P&C insurance including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Operations and Strategy across multiple product lines. Her broad industry experience includes Financial Services, FMCG, International and Government. She is currently SVP, Head of Coverholder Distribution for BRIT Global Specialty Group (the 2nd largest Lloyd’s only syndicate) where she joined in April of 2020.

Her P&C background includes Maxum Specialty Insurance where she was Chief Marketing Officer initially and then Chief Operating Officer after The Hartford bought Maxum in 2016 for 2 years until The Hartford subsequently purchased Navigators Specialty and merged the companies together at which time Tracy was promoted to Head of Distribution for the wholesale brand, Navigators.

She is very active in the surplus lines industry and has served on committees for AAMGA, TSLA, CIWA, FSLA, and WSIA. She also serves on the City of Hope Insurance Industry Council and IICF charitable organizations and leads BRIT’s Gender Inclusion and Diversity Employee Working Group. Tracy graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in Political Science and lives in Highlands, NC with her husband and golden retriever and is a stepmother to two awesome kids.
