Damon has over thirty years of experience in corporate leadership in the insurance industry, most recently at MassMutual, MetLife and Manulife Financial. He is an experienced communicator who has developed and delivered executive presentations, coached senior leaders, and acted as a company spokesperson and industry expert. Damon holds an MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business, and a BS from New York University.
