I have over 20 years of experience in Banking and Insurance business Operations. In my current role at Genpact, I lead operations for multiple clients across P&C Commercial lines for both the US and UK geographies and drive the organization strategy &client transformation.

In my previous roles, I have successfully led large accounts for top Insurance Clients (US and UK P&C/L&A) and have been instrumental in enabling organizations and clients build new capabilities in acquiring businesses in multiple product lines, gain footprint in new geographies and end to end process reengineering and improvement projects for clients.
