Jennifer brings with her over 28 years of experience in the industry, primarily in the claims and risk management sector. She began her career on the client side, working as the claims manager for New England Development, one of the largest real estate firms in New England. At New England Development, Jennifer set up a self-insured, self-administered liability insurance program which provided the company with well over $1M in savings annually. Her role entailed liability analysis, litigation management, contract negotiation, risk transfer, loss analysis and mitigation.As a Senior Vice President and Director of the Risk Management Account Services Team, at HUB International, Jennifer has established best practices in management liability claims coverage analysis and negotiation. Jennifer manages a team that provides coverage review and negotiation, litigation
management, risk management training and contractual risk transfer review, training and negotiation.Jennifer is well known in the industry for her knowledge and expertise in coverage analysis, claims negotiation and risk transfer for commercial clients.

Jennifer joined HUB International in 2014 and plays an integral role in contributing to many of HUB’s business development successes. She does so
by analyzing our clients’ exposures and providing the optimum risk mitigation and insurance solutions. She is responsible for several of our client’s largest and most complex risk placements.

Most recently, Jennifer was nominated for the 2020 Boston Insurance Women to Watch Award. In 2015, Jennifer received the national prestigious
2015 Power Broker Award for Real Estate from Risk & Insurance magazine.

Jennifer is a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Advisor. (LIU)

Jennifer is the Regional Connector to the HUB Women Network and Co-Founder of MA’AM Power and serves on the Board of Directors of the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center.
