Today, she is Founder and CEO of Trimuel Enterprises, LLC., a business-consulting firm that specializes in developing key strategies to help women and diverse talent advance into the careers of their dreams. She also works with organizations and their leaders to expand their cultural competencies to lead all of their talent more inclusively. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate America, Joyce has a proven track record of success in business development, talent management, marketing, operations, human resources, and diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I). As a servant leader, Joyce is passionate about curating programs and experiences that will allow her clients to bring their best authentic selves into every setting. She prides herself in her ability to communicate and act with empathy and vulnerability, while also driving positive business outcomes, shareholder value, and increased employee engagement.

Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of
Business Administration degree from Washington University’s Olin Business School in St. Louis.
