Tenesha Frazier-Levett serves as the Global Relationship Leader at Crawford & Company based in Atlanta GA. In this role, she is the principal client advocate, maintaining and developing client relationships at both the executive and business sponsor level. She is responsible for
taking an enterprise and holistic view of Crawford & Company clients to ensure the organization fully aligns to the client’s business needs and strategies. Tenesha currently leads ZEAL Women and Allies, Crawford first Women’s Employee Resource Group.

Prior to joining Crawford & Company, Tenesha worked at Zurich Insurance Company in the role of Assistant Vice President of Business Development for the Southeast Region at Zurich North America. She was responsible for business performance management, development and execution of business plans and the cultivation of multi-level relationships with distribution partners. In addition to driving financial plans in the territory, she contributes to Marketing Distribution and Regional Management ability to drive performance and growth targets through sales execution with customers and distributors partners. Prior to this role, Tenesha held multiple positions within the Zurich organization. Her career included roles in underwriting, marketing, and sales. In addition, she held a leadership role as the co-chair of the Zurich Atlanta Chapter Women’s Innovation Network which supported women in their careers through networking and professional development.

Tenesha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Dillard University.
