Tina Whitney is a Digital Lead in MassMutual’s Enterprise Technology and Experience organization, leading cross-functional and product-centric agile teams focused on building digital products with the most current technologies. Recent accomplishments include implementing multi-factor and single sign-on capabilities on massmutual.com and continuing to enable new self-service capabilities like loan requests and cash value quotes that create an excellent customer experience while optimizing the business. Before joining MassMutual, Tina worked as an elementary school teacher.Tina is a transformative leader with experience leading teams that are inspired, self-managed and empowered.  She is passionate about creating a culture of trust, autonomy and community. She is a graduate of American International College.
