Christina Lee is SVP, Head of Legal, U.S. Businesses at CNA. Prior to joining CNA in 2021, Christina served as SVP, Global Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Chubb, where she had oversight of enterprise-wide key risk areas. Prior to Chubb, Christina spent 11 years at AIG as Deputy General Counsel, Global Legal, Compliance and Regulatory. For several years, Christina served as an attorney for the New York State Insurance Department’s Liquidation Bureau where she represented state insurance commissioner as statutory receiver of insolvent insurance companies.

Christina received her J.D. from Temple University School of Law and B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. Christina is on the faculty of the In-House Counsel Leadership Development Program for the Asian American Bar Association of New York and served on its Board and Advisory Board. Christina served on the Board of the New York Property Insurance Underwriting Association and on the Advisory Board of the Women in Shared Services and Outsourcing. Christina is passionate about developing future leaders and is a frequent speaker on topics of Leadership, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
