Prior to joining Gallagher in 2017, Felicia was COO/Managing Partner for Magnani Continuum Marketing, a Chicago-based integrated marketing firm specialized in financial services, insurance, healthcare and hospitality clients.

Throughout her 25+ year career, Felicia has been instrumental in helping evolving organizations rethink and redevelop their marketing strategies, better understand their customers and measurably demonstrate the impact and value of marketing on the bottom line.
