Kelley Kinsella serves as Regional Executive Officer for Chubb’s Midwest Region. Based in Chicago, Ms. Kinsella is responsible for setting and driving overall strategy for the region. Branch offices located in the Midwest Region include: Schaumburg, Troy, Milwaukee, Grand Rapids, Minneapolis, Des Moines, St. Louis, Kansas City, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Columbus and Louisville. She is responsible for implementation of regional production plans, product line distribution strategies, and business development and marketing throughout the region.

Ms. Kinsella has more than 30 years of insurance and underwriting management experience. She previously served as Senior Vice President, Regional Officer, for ACE USA’s Midwest Region. Ms. Kinsella began her career at a Chubb predecessor company, CIGNA Property & Casualty.

Ms. Kinsella holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting & Finance from Illinois Institute of Technology and an Executive MBA from Northwestern University.
