Yosha R. DeLong is the Global Head of Cyber at Mosaic Insurance Company where she is responsible for the development and oversight of the cyber line of business on a global basis.In this position since 2021, she leads the development of Mosaic’s cyber risk efforts and is also accountable for the underwriting and performance of the cyber portfolio through underwriting strategy and governance; product development; risk selection; and pricing.

Prior to joining Mosaic, she was the Technical Director of Cyber and Professional Lines at Zurich North America where she was responsible for coordinating and monitoring cyber as a peril across all lines of business as well as oversight of all professional liability lines of business. Yosha joined Zurich in 2017 and held this position for over three years.

Prior to joining Zurich, DeLong was the London Regional Executive for Ironshore Europe Limited, managing all IronPro product lines for US business written through London.

Yosha joined Ironshore in Chicago in 2009 as Vice President and Midwest Manager of IronPro and in 2011 was promoted to the Midwest Regional Executive, overseeing all P&C product lines for Ironshore Midwest.

She has more than 24 years’ experience in the insurance industry, having worked as both an underwriter and broker.

DeLong is a key contributor to the public sector dialogue around cyber insurance. She participated in classified discussions on cyber threats to the US public sector with the White House in 2018 and round table discussions on cyber needs with the US Chamber of Commerce. She co-chaired the 2018 Advisen Cyber Risk Insights Conference as has been a speaker and panelist at numerous cyber industry events.

DeLong was nominated as the Advisen Cyber Person of the Year 2019 and 2020 and her team was nominated as the Business Insurance Cyber Underwriting Team of the Year 2019. She has been named by Business Insurance in their 2019 Women to Watch.
