Jen is a small to mid-size enterprise expert with a successful track record of building and leading sales teams on both the broker and carrier side having served in sales and leadership roles with The Hartford and Travelers. Jen is a member of the Forbes Business Development Council and an editorial contributor to Forbes.com. She is highly passionate about culture and inclusion servicing as a C&I Ambassador at Gallagher, the founder of a Chicago-based women in insurance networking group and also volunteers her time as a mentor for the Young Entrepreneurs Academy.
