A strong advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, Brigitte is a member and board Vice President of the Atlanta Chapter of the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA). Through their strategic goals, she is positively influencing both early in career professionals on the long-term benefits of a career in the insurance industry and corporations on the critical role diversity, equity and inclusion plays in their future success and profitability. She also recently co-founded and led the strategic implementation of Hanover’s first African American focused business resource group, Kinship Village. She’s driving an enterprise culture change with strategic focus on external recruiting, internal talent identification/development and agency ownership recruitment.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University in Business as well as the CPCU, AINS, and AIS designations. Brigitte resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband, Todd and two boys, Harrison and Gabriel.
